Our first prototype did three things: mate invites, time blocks, and alerts. We focused on the smallest experience that proved mutual accountability could actually change behaviour.

Plenty broke. Notifications were noisy, approvals felt clunky, and the UI didn’t match the seriousness of the moments that mattered. But underneath, the feeling was right — mates helping mates, with dignity.

We kept the core and rebuilt the rough edges. Learning in public is the fastest way forward.
