Troubleshooting

VPN Not Blocking

1. Go to Settings → General → VPN
2. Toggle VPN off, then on
3. Restart iPhone if still not working

Bank Connection Failed

1. Log into bank app directly (confirm credentials work)
2. In Whistl: Settings → Connected Accounts → Reconnect
3. Try alternative authentication method if offered
4. Contact support with bank name and error message

App Crashing

1. Force close Whistl
2. Restart iPhone
3. Update to latest iOS version
4. Reinstall Whistl (data preserved via iCloud)
