How to Export Your Data

Method 1: In-App Export

  1. Open Whistl
  2. Settings → Privacy → Export Data
  3. Choose date range (last 30 days, last year, custom, all time)
  4. Choose format (CSV, PDF, JSON, OFX)
  5. Choose what to include:
    • Transactions
    • Goals (Dream Board)
    • Accountability partner settings
    • Protected Floor settings
  6. Tap "Export"
  7. Choose how to receive:
    • Email to yourself
    • Save to Files
    • Share via AirDrop
    • Share to another app

Method 2: Web Dashboard

  1. Visit dashboard.whistl.app
  2. Log in with your Whistl account
  3. Settings → Export Data
  4. Follow same steps as in-app

Troubleshooting

Export Is Taking Too Long

Large date ranges take time. Try:

  • Export smaller date ranges
  • Export in batches
  • Use CSV instead of PDF (faster)

Export File Won't Open

  • Re-export if file is corrupted
